What Rank Radar monitors: backlink counts, authority and spam score
Rank Radar is a backlink monitoring and domain authority tool from Bishopi. Domain metrics, not keyword positions. It stores a baseline for any domain, reads its backlinks, referring domains, authority, traffic, spam score and keyword counts again when you refresh, and shows what changed and by how much. Figures are third-party estimates, not Google data. It is included from the Growth plan, $49 a month.
Need a one-off report on a domain instead? The Domain Health Check reads a domain once. Rank Radar keeps the earlier readings, so you can see change.
Check a domain's authority and backlinks before you buy, renew or sell it
Rank Radar is for domain investors, SEO specialists, small business owners and agencies.
Domain investors
See whether a name you hold or want is gaining or losing authority and backlinks before you renew, price or sell it.
SEO specialists
Keep the headline numbers for your own sites and their closest competitors in one list.
Small business owners
Check that your website is not slipping, and see how it compares with the businesses you compete with.
Agencies
Track client and competitor domains in one list. Limits run from 25 domains on Growth to 500 on Enterprise. Client grouping, branded reports and export are not available yet.
How to track domain authority over time
From a domain name to a plain read-out of what changed, in three steps.
Track a domain
Type your own domain or a competitor's. You can paste up to 100 at once.
Check its backlinks, get a baseline
Rank Radar reads the domain's backlinks, authority and traffic straight away and stores today's numbers as the starting point.
Check again, then read the change
Refresh a domain yourself whenever you want a new reading. Every number then shows which way it moved since the check before, and by how much.
Trust flow, citation flow and spam score, side by side
Eleven numbers per domain, backlinks, traffic and keyword counts included, each read the same way at every check.
Domain authority, trust flow and citation flow
Domain authority, page authority, trust flow and citation flow, each out of 100. They are third-party estimates, not Google metrics, and will not match other tools.
Backlink monitoring
All links the data source has found pointing at the domain, nofollow links included.
Referring domains
How many different sites link to the domain.
Traffic
Estimated visits to the domain in a month, from all sources, modelled by a third party. It is not limited to search and will not match your own analytics.
Keyword counts
How many keywords the domain ranks for, plus a snapshot of its top ones and their positions at the last check.
Spam score
A third-party 0 to 100 score of how many of the sites linking to the domain look low quality. A rise is flagged as a change for the worse.
Broken links
Links that point at pages that no longer load.
Domain rank
Estimated worldwide traffic rank across the sites the data source tracks. It is not link strength. Lower is better: 1 is the busiest.
Figures are estimates from external SEO data sources. Keyword positions are a snapshot of the last check, not a history.
Compare your domain with its competitors
A change is only useful if you can tell at a glance whether to care.
Direction and size, said plainly
Each change shows which way the number moved, by how much, and whether that is good or bad for that metric. Scores out of 100 move in points, counts in percent. A falling spam score counts as an improvement.
Competitors side by side
Track the domains you are measured against and read their numbers next to yours in one table.
Changes you can read
A Changes view lists what moved over the last 30 days, from the old value to the new one.
Declines first
Where changes are listed, declines come first, then improvements, then domains that are still collecting data.
What Rank Radar does not do
No link-by-link list
Rank Radar counts backlinks and referring domains. It does not list individual new or lost links.
No keyword positions
It reads domain metrics. It does not chart where a keyword ranks over time.
No free one-off check
Rank Radar needs the Growth plan. For a single report on one domain, the credit-based Domain Health Check is the option.
