2. Bishopi's service

This web site and the services provided to you on and via this web site are provided on an "AS IS" basis. You agree that Bishopi reserves the right to modify or discontinue provision of this web site and its services, and to remove the data you provide, either temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without any liability towards you, Bishopi or will not be held responsible or liable for timeliness, removal of information, failure to store information, inaccuracy of information, or improper delivery of information.

3. Registration Privacy

In order to use this web site or certain parts of it, you may be required to register for a user account on this web site; in this case, you agree to provide truthful information when requested, and -- if a minimum age is required for eligibility for a user account -- you undertake that you are at least the required age. By registering for a user account, you explicitly agree to this site's Terms of use, including any amendments made by Bishopi that are published herein.

4. Payment

You agree to pay all amounts owed to us for the Services under any terms, policies or other written or electronic agreement we may have in place. We, or our third-party payment service providers (such as Stripe Inc.) may require you to maintain valid credit card or other payment account information in order to receive the Services, and if so, you hereby authorize us and/or them (as applicable) to charge your credit card or other payment account for the Services. Any failure to maintain valid, up-to-date payment information or to keep your payments current will constitute a material breach of these terms, for which we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately without notice. Interest will be charged on all unpaid delinquent amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lesser. You agree to reimburse us for all collection agency fees, attorneys’ fees and other costs we may incur to collect delinquent amounts you owe to us.

5. Privacy policy

Registration data and other personally identifiable information that the site may collect is subject to the terms of the Bishopi's Privacy Policy.

6. Registration and password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and you will be responsible for all usage of your user account and/or email address, whether authorized or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify Bishopi of any unauthorized use of your user account, user name or password.

7. Your conduct

You agree that all information or data of any kind, whether text, software, code, music or sound, photographs or graphics, video or other materials ("content"), made available publicly or privately, will be under the sole responsibility of the person providing the said content, or of the person whose user account is used. You agree that this web site may expose you to content that may be objectionable or offensive. Bishopi will not be responsible to you in any way for content displayed on this web site, nor for any error or omission.

By using this web site or any service provided, you explicitly agree that:

8. Using our Services

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services, including our acceptable use policy.

Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services, try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide, or extensively or automatically copy any content from the Services (in other words, no scraping). You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies, if we are investigating suspected misconduct, or for any other reason.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access through them (“Content”). You may not use content from our Services, except as permitted by its owner or as otherwise permitted by law. These Terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services, including the CurvingBlocks and bishopi.io names and logos. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

Our Services display some Content that is not our own, for example, Content belonging to our advertisers, other third parties, you, or other users (collectively, “Third Party Content”). We are not responsible for, and you waive all of our liability with respect to, Third Party Content. Third Party Content is the sole responsibility of the individual or entity that makes it available to you via the Services. We may review Third Party Content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display Third Party Content that we believe violates our policies or the law. But we do not generally review content beforehand, and we are not obligated to do so.

In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications, for example, by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in marketing e-mails.Please be aware that there may be a brief period before we are able to process your opt-out. Please also be aware that opting out of service announcements and administrative messages may cause you to miss important messages about your Parked Domains, like renewal notices.

Some of our Services are available on mobile devices or may utilize SMS/iMessage, which may cause you to incur SMS or data charges with your wireless provider. Please be aware that we have no control over these charges, and if you do not wish to be charged, you should stop using the mobile or SMS/iMessage features (as applicable).

9. Notification of copyright infringement

10. Applicable law

You agree that these Terms of use and any dispute arising out of your use of this web site or products or services provided will be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws applicable at Bishopi's domicile, notwithstanding any differences between the said applicable legislation and legislation in force at your location. By registering for a user account on this web site, or by using this web site and the services it provides, you accept that jurisdiction is granted to the courts having jurisdiction over Bishopi's domicile, and that any disputes will be heard by the said courts.

10. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
