• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

3. User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password.
• You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.
• You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

You agree to pay all amounts owed to us for the Services under any terms, policies or other written or electronic agreement we may have in place. We, or our third-party payment service providers (such as Stripe Inc.) may require you to maintain valid credit card or other payment account information in order to receive the Services.

• You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information.
• You hereby authorize us and/or our payment providers to charge your credit card or other payment account for the Services.
• Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, the Company will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
• Any failure to maintain valid, up-to-date payment information or to keep your payments current will constitute a material breach of these terms, for which we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately without notice.
• Interest will be charged on all unpaid delinquent amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lesser.
• You agree to reimburse us for all collection agency fees, attorneys' fees and other costs we may incur to collect delinquent amounts you owe to us.

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company. To request a refund, please contact us at support@bishopi.io with your account details and reason for the refund request.

7. Bishopi's Service and Availability

This website and the services provided to you on and via this website are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. You agree that Bishopi reserves the right to modify or discontinue provision of this website and its services, and to remove the data you provide, either temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice and without any liability towards you. Bishopi will not be held responsible or liable for timeliness, removal of information, failure to store information, inaccuracy of information, or improper delivery of information.

8. Your Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree that all Content, whether made available publicly or privately, will be under the sole responsibility of the person providing the said content, or of the person whose user account is used. You agree that this website may expose you to content that may be objectionable or offensive. Bishopi will not be responsible to you in any way for content displayed on this website, nor for any error or omission. By using this Service, you explicitly agree that:

• (f) You will not interfere with our Services, try to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, or extensively or automatically copy any content from the Services (no scraping).

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
